Orders shipped to the United States are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Applicable import duties and customs clearance charges are arranged and prepaid as part of the shipping process.
This means that customers should generally not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance charges when their package is delivered.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment because of duties, taxes, customs requirements, or other charges that were the customer’s responsibility under the applicable shipping terms, any reasonable shipping, return, customs, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the additional charge resulted from an error by LunarAsh or where the order was shipped under DDP terms and the charge should have been covered under those terms.
